Microsoft offers Word for Mac 2011 for the iMac user. The software provides similar features as those that are available in the Windows version. Paragraph formatting, such as full justification, is automatically applied to the current paragraph without having to manually select all of the text. However, to fully justify multiple paragraphs, you need to manually select the range. Once this formatting is applied, the beginning and ending words on each line will align with the left and right margins to create a block effect. The exception is the last line of each paragraph, which uses standard left alignment.
1.Select the paragraphs that you want fully justified. For single paragraph, simple click anywhere in the paragraph. To apply the effect to multiple paragraphs, click and drag your mouse to highlight all applicable paragraphs. Alternatively, start a new paragraph if you want to configure justification before writing the text.
2.Click the 'Home' tab and select the 'Justify Text' icon in the Paragraph group. This icon is identifiable by the multiple horizontal lines that are aligned on the left and right sides.
3.Create a new paragraph and select a different alignment method, such as left, right or centered. Doing so disables justification on the new, upcoming paragraph. This step is unnecessary when simply formatting existing text.
